Additionally sacked before now was Senator Ekwunife who absconded to the decision All Progressive Congress (APC) after she developed on the stage of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
This new advancement took after a decision by the Court on Friday.
Oduah was a previous Aviation Minister, who surrendered her position to seek after her political aspiration while Mr Uba was a previous Special Adviser to previous President Olusegun Obasanjo on Domestic Affairs.
To supplant them, as per the Supreme Court, are Chris Ubah (Anambra South) and Annie Okonkwo Anambra Central.
