Some times we often go out of place in our daily living and
we sometimes wonder where it went wrong.and how we couldn't notice on time. The mind works with our brain and environment.if one isn't up and doing we get affected.
Am feeling low what do I do next????
First of all you need to find out why you're unhappy. Then choose if you want to remain that way or not.
Next
Don't be idol. Go out meet new people surround yourself with people that care about you.sometimes I end up unhappy for no reason and I am unable to come out of it for days and weeks.
Remedy
Smiling a lot helps,laughing out loud
Putting yourself before others(trust me I know that feeling of pleasing others even when they don't show appreciation,just to make you happy do things for yourself,surprise yourself with love.)
Go closer to your creator he'll guide you.
Dressing
The way we dress somehow contributes to how we feel,if you ain't happy you would see it in your dressing and you wouldn't care because you don't just want to.
The best thing to do…get a standing mirror.try out different clothes matching them with different accessories. Go with a scarf around the neck or your shoulder,try the beautiful gowns with a lovely fitted jacket. Try going for three colours.bad,shoe and cap should be same colour. Make sure your clothes are well fitted and clean as well.in order to see and learn to improve our sense of dressing TV fashion shows will help alot . changing your
Wardrobe also helps.a nice sandals or black cover show does the trick.if you own pearls or other accessories try putting them on and the best of all always put your smile on and rock it like never before remember the way you see yourself matters and if you're not comfortable with your outfit try changing it or reducing it also you could add up some other stuffs to make it work.
