Rafael Benitez is running out of time at Real Madrid and could be soon replaced by Zinedine Zidane.
In a front page story, French newspaper L'Equipe report that the former Liverpool and Chelsea manager will be afforded no more mistakes and that Zidane will be appointed after 'the next misstep'.
Benitez is said to have lost the trust of the club's hierarchy, including president Florentino Perez.Zidane, a club legend, is currently in charge of Real Madrid's 'B' team, Castilla, who currently sit second in Segunda Division B, the third tier of Spanish football.
The Frenchman was assistant to former manager Carlo Ancelotti in 2013-14, the year they won La Decima and the Copa Del Rey.
Spanish newspaper Marca report that Perez was left infuriated by the team's poor performance in the 1-0 defeat to Villarreal at the weekend.
